Amie's Story

I have always enjoyed keeping fit & visiting a gym.....however it was only when I met Jemma that I began to LOVE the gym & learn so much more!My first 12 weeks training started in July 2014, it was amazing to be trained by such an amazing lady! Jemma first began with my food plan, some people might think this as a diet.....but it's not!! She taught me how 'clean eating' is a lifestyle. Don't get me wrong it's tough to adjust but learning the method to the madness is all part of the journey! Who would have thought the day I was advised to only eat an apple pie on cheat day.... I've never actually eaten one since!
My 45minute training sessions were the best 45minutes ever! Bright & early 6.15am start on a Wednesday morning...the perfect way to start my day! High weights & lots of reps, my muscles loved that wake up call!

Without having met Jemma my gym life wouldn't be as enjoyable as it is now. Jemma truly is my inspiration, not only do I get guidance & support, I have also found a new friend! It takes hard work, dedication & motivation to eat clean and become Lean. Without Jemma's help I wouldn't have kept so stong & my fit life wouldn't be as enjoyable as it is now.  I have more energy, more shape, more motivation. And I actually feel sexier, healthier & so much more positive now. My 12 weeks progression is one of the proudest moments of my life.

Feeling better, lighter, and more energised after the 6 week plan. There’s been an extra bounce in my step. I feel that my knowledge of what I am eating is better and I pay more attention to what I eat and drink. I'm able to prep food in advance, and plan more meals ahead of time.

Felt our group was a little quiet, but, even just a bit of group interaction felt good, and supportive!

I Was very lucky to have Jemma in a similar time zone to me; Meant I could get good feedback quickly. Weekly check-ins and instructions were good, Perfect amount of time to adjust, but also varied enough to notice the differences.

I Would totally recommend this plan to anyone. It is a great way to expand your knowledge of diet and exercise routines. Helps get you into good food habits. I enjoyed being part of a group, and the extra motivation provided. It also helped to show that everyone on the plan had challenges as well as success. That shared experience made things more rewarding, and supportive!

 Stuart's Story

Turning to Bodyperfect for help was an ego test to start with,but I am so happy with my results. I am heavier, but leaner! I never get hungry or deprive myself, in fact I struggle to consume adequate quantities of food as part of my plan sometimes.

My confidence, energy & motivation has increased so much. For me, the key is finding Balance in all that you love and want to achieve. My family and social life are really important to me, so ensuring I am still able to do this whilst reaching and maintaining my goals, helps keep me motivated.

I mostly work with Jemma online, and her guidance & support is all I need to push me forward and keep me on the correct path, steadily and healthily. I value Her knowledge and experience, combined these make her a great coach! I Cannot wait to see what else she has planned for me and where my results will take me next.
