How is 2017 treating you? I'm finding it challenging yet wonderful all at once. Thats what life is all about right?
So if you haven't challenged yourself as far as you feel you can, let's start now. With just 50minutes a day...thats not even a 24th of your day!
And no I didn't pluck this imaginary number out of thin air, I actually calculated realistic workout times across five days plus the time needed for some basic food prep to keep your clean eating on track..which averages 50minutes per day. It is also the maximum amount amount of time I spend on weekly coaching calls with my clients. Let's be honest, nobody has the time to chat for hours, they just need to know what to do & when to do it so they can go forth and focus on their week.
It is one thing I love about online coaching, there aren't any excuses like face to face Personal Training...I'm too tired, my car has broken down, I'm late from work etc... The effort to gain knowledge, guidance and consistent help is just a phone call away, from the comfort of your own bed if you really like.
So basically what I am saying is, your commitment to improving yourself doesn't have to be lengthy, strenuous or stressful, Just a little pre planned. 45minute workouts 5x a week plus 2hours of food prep spread across the week in a way that suits you best is all you need to hit some hard results. Obviously a little consistency and persistence needs to be added to the mix too.
Once you are committed and take full accountability for your efforts and results, your mindset will also become healthier. All we add to the equation is the tools you need to apply and before you know it you are on your way to your version of Bodyperfect, both inside and out.
I am so passionate about creating healthier lifestyles and helping you find your Bodyperfect! Are you?... If thats a big yes, lets have a chat this week. Just book onto a free 30minute makeover call with me here. We can set you on the right track.
And if you haven't done so already join my free facebook group for tips, advice and motivation. It's so comforting to share your thoughts, fears and questions with like minded people on similar journeys. I post here regularly and more often than not others will be asking questions you may have avoided asking yourself.
Please do not hesitate to ask any question at any time, no matter how big, small or silly that question may feel because I guarantee I probably had that question myself once, or assisted someone with it.
So....Put those 50minutes aside and use them wisely!
