Feeling better, lighter, and more energized after the 6 week plan. There’s been an extra bounce in my step.
I feel that my knowledge of what I am eating is better. I pay more attention to what I eat and drink. Am able to prep food in advance, and plan more meals ahead of time.
Felt our group was a little quiet, but, even just a bit of group interaction felt good and supportive.
Was very lucky to have Jemma in a similar time zone to me. Meant I could get good feedback quickly.
Weekly check-ins and instructions were good. Perfect amount of time to adjust, but also varied enough to notice the differences.
Would totally recommend this plan to anyone. It is a great way to expand your knowledge of diet and exercise routines. Helps get you into good food habits. I enjoyed being part of a group, and the extra motivation provided. It also helps show that everyone on the plan had challenges as well as success.
That shared experience made things more rewarding, and supportive!
