Bespoke guidance that encourages people to adapt their lifestyles at their own pace & work towards their Bodyperfect!

 As i sit at home today with a sickness bug, i have time To reflect on what it is I do & the reward of helping others become a better version of them. One thing forgotten by many trainers! Gathering the tools to help others takes years of experience & trial & error methods.

 Having just sent a client some progress pictures its amazing to see the changes people can make with just a little guidance, motivation & some quality training. Her response was priceless & heartfelt ''it is consistency and changing mindset! It's a lifestyle change not a diet! I'm committed to this, to feeling healthier inside and out. I'm not just doing it to see results but to be healthier on the inside to.'

Some people will be able to adapt quicker to lifestyle changes & others have to find a steady pace that works for them. Either way, working towards the right direction & setting realistic end goals accordingly is a great start.

 As trainers, we must recognize that not everyone can adopt complete lifestyle overhauls, we just have to encourage, guide & motivate so clients can be helped in a way that suits their specific needs, The biggest key to success of any rate is to encourage consistency! Whether that be in maintaining a regular exercise routine, sticking to a clean diet, drinking more water, less alcohol, managing stress or Improving posture! Clients must stay consistent to see results! Personal results! It is also important to remember that Not everyone who seeks guidance wants a flatter stomach or fat loss. Some people just want to be fitter, stronger or more motivated for life! A good personal trainer will recognize this & address all areas to aid success... helping them find their Bodyperfect!
